Martha Ceccio

Wetlands, farms, and open spaces surround my home studio. My paintings are a creative response to this natural place - abstracted shapes of grasses, trees,
and fields. The images are often contemplative and restful. They invite the viewer to take a prolonged gaze, to sense the solitude experienced in nature over time.
